“We had a very challenging house to sell and had initially gone with a different realtor before enlisting Jennifer and her agency. I recall our first visit with Jennifer. She laid out a marketing plan which included multiple open houses and using her contacts to garner interest. We had several deals that didn’t work out. She never gave up on it. We had one offer that was particularly challenging, and she went out of her way to wait several hours for the person to drop off a check, but he never showed up.
